We pride ourselves on our staff to resident ratio & 24 hour care! At Living Dynasty we only house a maximum of 5 residents with their own personal suite & private restroom at any given time with an average of 2 staff to 5 residents. That allows us to focus our time and attention on each resident No long wait times, or juggling too many residents for our caretakers and your loved ones.


certified staff 24 hours a day
Living Dynasty employs certified caregivers. This includes a Registered Nurse (RN) Consultant, Trained Diabetes Professionals, On-Call Physicians, Pharmacist Consultant, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Medication Aides, Staff Trained in Dementia Care Recognition, & a Licensed Administrator Registered in the State of Oklahoma.

assistance with daily living
Our residents are here to be catered to, and at times need assistance with every day activities to include all hygiene, shaving, toileting, bathing, dressing, walking, eating, & taking their medication. At Living Dynasty, we do all of that & more.

advanced certified med aide
Our pharmacy is available 24/7! Our certified medication aides remind, track, administer, & verify the appropriate route and amount of medication provided at the prescribed time and dose ordered by the resident's physician.

certified nutritionist
We partner with certified nutritionists that review each resident's prescribed diet to ensure the most appropriate food is prepared for your loved one. Our caregivers ensure hydration and nutrition remains a cornerstone of health for those in our care.

Recreational & Wellness Therapy
It is important to keep our residents minds stimulated. We offer resident outings, music therapy, art therapy, physical activity, games, a library & weekly interaction from outside community partners to provide entertainment; and of course, BINGO!

daily shift monitoring of resident
Our medical staff conducts daily shift monitoring for significant changes in the resident to ensure medication or any other factor is not affecting the resident in a negative way. Vital signs are taken regularly to ensure our residents are as stable and healthy as possible.

Working With Dementia & Mental Health
Although we are not a memory care center we understand our residents have or will have memory issues that need to be catered to. That's why the majority of our staff are regularly trained in identifying dementia signs & symptoms in order to notice any changes in behavior of your loved ones and bring it to your attention so it may be addressed by their healthcare provider.

hospice care
Any hospice provider of your families choice is welcome in our home. We maintain a network of hospice pros for the resident's convenience & collaborate with them as a team to give the very best for our residents.

Guardian Angels
The purpose of this program prevents our residents from isolating themselves from the rest of the house upon move-in. Our Angels are comprised of staff, children, & volunteers that ensure residents are connected with one another through prompting relationship growth.

transportation
There may be times when you just cannot be everywhere at once! That's why we offer transportation to and from doctors appointments when our residents need a lift.

We pride ourselves in providing the very best for our Veteran's & their Spouses sacrifices to our great nation. That is why we have Veteran Service Officers to provide assistance in need of filing their claim for VA & survivor benefits!

We believe each resident at Living Dynasty deserves the same privacy and dignity afforded to all of us. Each bedroom is equipped with its own en suite bathroom.
CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN! We want to make sure that the entire home from the kitchen sink to bed linens and clothes are ready for a white glove inspection.

family time
We encourage family visits & regularly hold family get togethers to continue normalcy in your loved ones life. Family dinners, birthday parties, BBQ's, & other get togethers are very important in maintaining the wellness of our residents.

Our in-house physician is a consultant maintaining quality medical control for The Living Dynasty 24/7. Their care allows our residents a continuum of care resulting in the highest quality of care for your loved ones. The physicians role allows our employees, other medical professionals, residents, and their loved ones up to date.

security & fire protection
SAFETY, SAFETY, SAFETY! It is important that we are aware of what is going on in & outside of our home. The safety and protection of our residents are at the forefront of our minds. Which is why we equip the home with cameras & have installed a state of the art in-home sprinkler system in the case of a fire, the alarm alerts the fire department once triggered. A full emergency and evacuation plan is drilled once a month.
